The government decides to pass a law that requires the media to get government approval before reporting any story about the government. The government passes a statute called the truth in. Section 1 of the act states any person reporting on government activities through newspapers, radio, tv or other media must receive government approval before reporting the story . Section 2 of the act states the punishment for violating the statute: any person who violates this act is guilty of an offence and liable to imprisonment for up to two years . Susan writes a blog about politics, and in this blog she regularly writes about the government"s activities. Some of the things she writes in her blog are very critical of the government. She has written these critical stories about the government without getting government approval.
