Physics 1b03 laboratory manual course pack, summer 2012, and a black, bound, hardcover lab notebook. Format: there are two three hours classes per week, there will be assignments most weeks. We will be using the software tool called capa (computer-assisted personalized approach). Access is through avenue: there will be one mid-term test on thursday may 24, 2012. You will be informed of the actual time and location closer to the date: the material studied in class is supported by practical exercises. There are practical sessions every week, each lasting 2 hours. Only the mcmaster standard calculator will be permitted in tests and examinations. Lab work missed due to illness or personal circumstances must be made up as soon as possible. Msaf immediately to report the missed lab and then speak to the lab supervisor, alex vorobyov, in person to reschedule.
