Psychodynamic -> find reasons behind our behavior within our personality: problems lie within unconscious mind. Behaviorism: environmental, focuses on behavior change based on environment. Lead to the thought that environment affects thoughts directly and not just behavior. Humanism: focuses on values and choice, both biological and environmental.
