Rape- penetration, no matter how slight, of a vagina, anus or mouth, with another person"s body or an object, with out consent. Aggravated assault- an assault with the intent to cause bodily harm, includes attempted murder. Robbery- theft by force or threat of force: non-violent. Burglary- unlawful entry into an unoccupied home. Theft- stolen money, state decides what the price is. Motor vehicle theft- theft of something meant to be driven on a main road. Arson- setting things on fire, most cases are landlords burned down their buildings for insurance money.
