Objectified: because of objects that existed before said person"s existence. We don"t actually interact with it but rather try to use it. We don"t exist as isolated people though because we interact with people. *this holds the institution together, and continues to shape our stocks of knowledge (it"s a mechanism of social control within a particular realm of action) This means anything that totally deviates away from this is seen as deviant. The idea we rely on memories, which make up our traditional social memory .
