Talking about the factors that affect of individually as well as within a community. The main focus here is looking at factors beyond the use of using health care: housing, nutrition. People who do this kind of work are interested in equally in its various forms. ***interceptoral approach study this as well as look it up. E. g. the poorer you are the gradient is higher in mortality. Our concern is with social structures of inequalities me mindful to the introceptoral approach. It depends on the person and in what contexts we are discussing gender: for some peoples they define it as biomedically sex being the medical definition of being male and female. Gender is a way of being that may or may not connect with their sex. When we talk about sex our attention is being drawn to the biology and bodily functioning yet that is still molded by society.
