Asked if she was sad to figure out if she had some other disorder like bipolar, schizoaffective or major depressive. Can tell something is a hallucination, if it defies law of physics, if voices occur when alone. Influenza during pregnancy- babies born at certain times of year, coincides with flu. Psychotic episodes often follow periods of high stress.
