Indian: conceptions of the just war- certain wars just and fair, rules of war, scared natures of treaties. Roman empire incorporated many greek city state. Larger political state: 50bc 400ad, systero common law among nation ideas, expansion of power and centralization of power, ruling , allowing autonomy. Decentralization: decentragation of roman empire, political system descentigrated, based around feudalism feudalism land granted by local rulers to nobility classes.
