Social problems are: conditions affecting the quality of life or cherished values, patterns of behavior warranting public concern and collective action, discrepancies between ideas and achievement. Charter of rights and freedoms, everyone is entitled to live where you want etc, however this isn"t always proven true. (contradicitng) We have an ideal that is not reality.
