Relationship building; meet someone possibility of friendship, but at one point you say to yourself that this person needs to know this about me. Problem solving; always having to lie and coming up with excuses. Preventative; telling because you fear, suspect, wonder if the news will come out in another way and you"ve lost control of how it"s gonna come out. Types of concealment (reasons why men didn"t come out) Inappropriateness; inappropriateness of telling someone ex: on the job. Lack of pay off; consider consequences, pros and cons.
