Important tree in the dry tropical forest and it provides major woody type of vegetation, shade and food but has been declining until the introduction of horses and cattle. Seeds of the tree too big to be eaten by rodents but can be eaten by horses and. Seeds pass through horse and cattle and results in a little seedling which is nicely cattles embedded in the poo. Camels were big enough to eat seed and disperse them but disappeared several thousand years ago due to human settlers and climatic change. Soil allows vegetation to grow and climate allows how they can grow. Soil develops over time as a result of geological processes. O organic, contains litter which are fragments of plants and animals both with living and dead creatures that lie on top, chopped into small pieces as a result of time and animal digestion.
