We rely on doctor reports, institution of health to tell us who is healthy. World health organization definition of health: the state of complete mental, physical and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity . Criticism of who definition: the word complete perfect health is an ideal toward which people are oriented rather than a state they expect to attain.
