Poverty governance is used to stabilize government issues. It acts to shift responsibility by embedding responsibilities. Outsourcing: using individuals in india to answer phone calls or try and sell products (telemarketers, in terms of domestic inequalities in the it sector in india. Neoliberalism is premised on freeing up capital continuing the ideas of free trade but also investing in investment capital (stock market, currencies). It supports opening free trade but is not supportive of social equal rights. Neoliberalism supports global food sources then local food faming. This also pushes farmers to the city when farming becomes unsupportable. Stratazation within one country can create ethnocentrism feelings. Informalization: casualization of labor via casual trade, should be able to proceed in formal trades. Informal economies are services that are not offered in a legal manner.
