Not have a permanent job, not have security. Highly educated people losing their jobs and difficult to find another job. 1/5 with a university education were overqualified for their job in 2001(statistics. Groups most at risk: younger workers, immigrants, people who had studied commerce, arts, humanities. The higher the university certification, the less likely to have a job that only requires high school need more university. Good jobs in primary labor market(internal job shelters) shelters aviod many challenges than secondary labor market. Bad jobs in secondary labor market(job ghettos) smaller firm, company lower level education no benefit, pensions over represented. Including working evening, weekend, contract work, self-employed, etc. People do not want, but they cannot find standard employment. Women are more likely to work and low pay , cannot hire others. Women are more likely to follow continuous life path. Many people retired, but then they found they cannot support themselves, and go back to work.
