Rocky core, mantle of slush water/methane/ammonia, inner atmosphere of methane/ammonia/water, outer atmosphere of hydrogen and helium. Internal heat and magnetic fields: uranus has lowest heat of all jovian planets. Dunno: neptune has radioactive decay inside to make heat, uranus magnetosphere.
