Debate over the normative value of image management. Image management gets grief of oh this is politicans manipulating the public, obsessed with how they look. When your out in the real world, people have the tendency to be lazy, its not necessarly a bad thing. People can make rationale choices with low levels of information, and image is a important component. When they deal with image management there still telling you stuff about yourself that you can learn. Getting a glimpse of politicans under stress, gets you an image of how they react. If your asked who your voting for in federal election, arguably what low rationality says you don"t need massive amount of research you can see leadership styles, and get some type of information.
