Deaths per year from legal and illegal drug use: tobacco kills almost half a million, population of waterloo, each year, for every 1000 people that die each year: Alcohol : 1 death per 1680 user / annum. Cocain : 1 death per 370 user / annum. Tobacco : 1 death per 138 users / annum. Heroin : 1 death per 28 users /annum. Fears, they are useful in prevention of using drugs.
