(min. of 10-12 employees: must be a representation of workers in the committee not just mgmt, committees evaluates hazards and enforces guidelines, investigates accidents/complaints, being proactive about legislating new measures. Relationship to other legislation: sometimes there is a conflict between the different types of legislation, supervisor has a big role to play in this - personal duty to the health and safety of your employees.
