Job enrichment in the work force is to enhance job involvement, increase job motivation and the quality of the organization. There are many ways in which a company can motivate the employees. Fairness in the job environment is to increase job satisfaction. there are other theories in which job satisfaction can be achieved, however, there are specifically three types in justice theory/ fairness. Distributive fairness the employees performs a task and expects a certain degree of satisfaction and gets that satisfaction. The input in which the employee puts in is what they receive. When one employee works 30 hrs and receives satisfactory compensation and another works only 10hrs and receives the right amount of compensation. Procedural the procedure in which the performance is measured should be just.
