How much flow of money must you put in to keep these projects going? normally, there is a 30 40% increase in costs from the initial projections when you do a foreign direct investment so many things in forecast such as government delays to get permits etc since you still have to pay salaries, or maintenance of facilities, or local infrastructure that requires a lot o upgrades, security fences cameras etc. projected costs causes issues when not forecasted majority of population is very, very against doing foreign direct investments.
