Source of pollutants is the industrialized parts of the world. Arctic sink for pollutants that are emitted far away from the arctic go in arctic oceans, and when these are in the aqueous system being such as fish are absorbing the pollutants which humans then consume. Surface in arctic is so cold that there is warm air on top of cold surface; increasing temperature in height inversion. No washout of pollutants that are in the atmosphere, in the arctic. Go high up in the foodchain very quickly due to hydrophobic and lipophilic properties. If arctic haze is accelerating the melting of sea ice if arctic haze is inhibiting reflection (albedo) heat will be retained in sea ice, resulting in melting. Ipcc report high to midlatitude regions, 40-90 degree regions of the world, this is where you will see the most warming. Polar bear population has been rapidly declining in the past 10 years.
