Its physical structure forces the membrane to bend. Video 2: how the clathrin is dropped from the vesicle (don t know how important it is) Is important to endocytosis and reformation of vesicles. Occasionaly there are large one (not formed properly) So less and some that are there are not formed properly. Loss of stoned b ahs led to the redistribution of synaptotagmin. Represent membrane tube bound by dynamin and after hydrolysis that whole thing constricts and this is the force that drives fission.
