(i) anything can be a cause of anything else, as long we are put consulting reason. So god could be a body and still produce minds. (ii) it s not necessary to produce an explanation for the whole of the world. The world as a whole (totality/grouping) is a fiction. These are only particular things. (iii)misapplication of the concept cause : concept only applies to particular things we experience (misuse of the concept).
