The normal infant is almost completely selfish, and violent and profoundly sexual in propose without conscious or normal feelings and attitude of society is domineering. Thus all are potently criminals, but drives and ergs are kept in check by the super ego. Under certain conditions children that are not adequately socialized due to the unavailability of parents of overwork and neglect because some deviant parents cannot protect children. Abusive parents hinders the development of the super ego. Unconscious hostility that makes for children that represent drag on parents social mobility.
