When they cannot control things they lash out at the women and children because of their own perceived sense of vulnerability. Also done by attacking those who are more vulnerable than them and who they have some sort of control over. In doing this, they are able to some extent enhance their viable sense of masculinity and their search for respect. Street culture is a denial of vulnerability (2) women and the search for respect. If the search for respect is about the search for masculinity, then what is a woman"s search for respect. Gender is a relationship; if something happens on one side of the binary relationship, then something changes on the other half as well. So she is exceptional and typical: having 2 social security numbers = weapon of the weak.
