Sociology can be said to study the social - elements such as culture, class, race and gender have both enabling and constraining impacts on individuals and how individuals impact society through social movements. Sociological perspective stresses the social contexts in which people live and how these contexts influence their lives. At the core of this perspective is the sociological imagination. Sociological imagination is a sociological vision a way of looking at the world that allows links between the apparently private problems of the individual and important social issues. The social (social movements, organizations, mass media, environment, technology, religion, Those elements that constitute the social affect not only our opinions, our values, our beliefs and our knowledge, but also our habits, our tastes, our desires, our dreams. The ability to view our own society as an outsider rather than only from the perspective of personal experiences and cultural biases.
