Just because there is numerical majority that doesn"t mean it is in power. 47% in ut are e. asian but they are not in power. This doesn"t mean we have to include more racialized people in the power- circle. Even if we are talking about racialized people in power, it doesn"t stop reproducing racism. It doesn"t stop us from the same type of cultural oppression. Premise understanding of the world is so premise in the today"s society. A girl at top of institution experience racism on their way up.
