Document Summary

Being excluded in society; not having the same opportunities as others. Long term unemployed or not employed what so ever in these lower class income neighbourhoods. We are seeing an increase of poverty within our society. How can the government play a role in this. Polarization within our municipal government, liberals and conservative, they might feel their roles become marginalized structure of the government. Cities have problems; governments need to readdress these issues. National government needs to concern themselves with municipal issues. 10 years ago, provincial and national governments have seem to review this. An opportunity to look at how government can rekindle in social economics since. When governments do not want to fund, we see decay, poor regulations and such within neighbourhoods, because it falls into the hands of private sectors, and it might seem as a bad investment (the sectors the government abandoned). Federal government is being less supportive in areas that need help.
