Excessive anxiety and tension, depression, or offshoot of health problems back pain. Due to significant stress: night/sleep terrors abrupt awakenings from nrem sleep accompanied by intense arousal and feelings of panic. Usually a temp problem: somnambulism (sleep walking) when a person arises and wanders about while asleep.
