Control atomic energy to the extent necessary to assure peaceful use. Eliminate from national armaments atomic weapons and all others adaptable to mass destruction. Establish safeguards by the way of inspection and other means to insure compliance. Prohibition f manufacture of nuclear weapons by any nation except on instruction from the united nations.
