When ppl do the wrong thing they deserve to be punished. Some ppl support voluntarism (human being making voluntary choice for which they are accountable: appealing and easy to understand. Acceptable to a lot of ppl but it is alien to us and much harder to understand. The psychological model: from a determinism perspective. A machine has to have internal power, steering mechanics, and carriage capacity.
