Begin with oscillating pattern of 5th and 3rd that creates impression of movement. The pattern in the a section features different tone colours/ pitches, changing into series of parallel triads or 9th chords. In a" section, pattern disappears, giving the impression of dispersing clouds. English-horn motive quickly rises and slowly falls through segment of octatonic scale.
