Repeat offender: the act of a person repeating an undesirable behavior after they have either experienced negative consequences of that behavior, or have been treated or trained to extinguish that behavior. Grand theft auto: the criminal act of stealing or attempting to steal a motor vehicle, including an automobile, t ruck, bus, coach, motorcycle, snowmobile, trailer or any other motorized vehicle. Consensual crimes: illegal acts that nearly all people agree are bad in themselves and harm society greatly. The state inflicts severe punishment for consensus crimes. Vagrancy: the state or condition of having no home (especially the state of living in the streets) Entrapment: constituted by a law enforcement agent inducing a person to commit an offense that the person would otherwise have been unlikely to commit. Edwin sutherland: he was considered as one of the most influential criminologists of the twentieth century. Copyright infringement: the unauthorized or prohibited use of works under copyright, infringing the copyright holder"s exclusive rights.
