Need for us market: border towns- latino/a impacts. As the dominated group the stereotype creates racism/ fear against them. Challenge the status quo and the viewer"s belief of the people living on the border we have accepted the stereotypes. Stereotypes presented that don"t represent the actual country/ identity: cinema as means to construct identity/ borders (why/ why not?)
