Introduction

Indexed Bonds: They are bonds in which interest income payments on capital are associated with a particular price index, usually the Consumer Price Index. These are provided by the government to limit the effects of inflation, inflation incurred, and the actual rate of return payments. They are very beneficial to investors as they hurt less often than regular bonds and the uncertainty of associated risks is greatly reduced.
