Introduction
A portfolio is a collection of monetary assets such as stocks, bonds, commodities, money, and money equivalents, as well as closed funds and ETFs (ETFs). A portfolio's foundation is typically considered as consisting of equities, securities, and cash. Although this isn't usually the case, it doesn't have to be. Real estate, art, and participation in the private sector are all assets that can be included in a portfolio.
