While creating scatterplot, consider "size" as an independent variable on axis and consider "cost" as a dependent variable on axis. The scatterplot is made in Excel using below steps.
1. Select the given data for "size" and "cost" and Go to Insert in the menu bar.
2. Select "Scatter" from the heading "Charts".
3. Select "Scatter with only Markers".
4. Click on the displayed chart and on the right hand side of the chart, a plus sign can be seen. Click on it and select chart elements written as Axis, Axis Title, Data label, Chart Title. Label them as shown in scatterplot below.
