Introduction

The high and low income countries divide is mostly created on the basis of the development in the areas. Most of the high income countries have a developed infrastructure and have already contributed a great deal to the pollution levels. However, the low income countries have just started the process of development and since the levels of pollution are already high, they have been facing backlash.
