Harassment: unwelcome conduct that a reasonable person would expect to offend, humiliate or intimidate, creation of a hostile work environment, accompanied by an employment threat or benefit. Bullying: repeated, unreasonable behaviour directed towards a worker or group of workers, that creates a risk to health and safety. Issues: having a complaints management policy and not having any complaints does not mean there is no issues. Responsibilities of employers: there exists vicarious liability for employers for the actions of their employees, to take reasonable steps to prevent above.
