And what films do they have access to: forms of control: vertical integration and new hollywood. There is a relationship between who makes the film and what kind of films are being made. End of studio system is vertical integration no longer works: vertical integration is control, this allows different types of movies to be made, they become the money but theyre not involved in production, or exhibition, story/content.
