Organizational behaviour is defined as the field of study that endeavors to understand, explain, predict and change human behaviour that occurs in the organization context. Implicit defines the unwritten agreements about what the employer will do in exchange for what the employer will do: explicit clearly defined written contracts. Responses to contract violations: exit - terminate the contract, voice - raise the concerns, silence - ignore what had happened usually because of loyalty or lack of options, neglect - i. e. passive aggressiveness or revenge to compensate.
