Cognitive development: everything that affects us and our perception of it what we get from it. So we have sensors and use them to develop everything we receive to turn them into things and infor that we understand. By artificial intelligence algorithms, so when it recommends, it"s showing you an image that"s the action done by the cognition system. What you looked at, what things you buy and have bought before, what people like you have bought and looked at. A cognitive system is not just a box. Eg: math homework: a calculator and homework are a part of the environment. You and the calc are forming a cognitive system. A group of people working on a paper, the action is writing the paper and the cognitive system is the people, the devices we use are the cognitive sensories. Anything that divides the system from the world is the limit and boundary for the system.
