Post central gyrus on are 1,2, and 3 is the somatosensory region which is why you feel pain when u put ur hand on a hot plate. Pre-frontal cortex; area 10,9,11,46 have nothing to do with the outside world yet they are responsible with functions of the outside world. Ex: they relay info to the outside world.
