A loss of income: how do they affect the services and agencies, people begin to buy less, go to less, and use less. Less funding, more pressure: people are laid off, resources begin to dry up. If we challenge social policy, numbers are very important. It means that we need to accept the fact that some people wont recieve the services that they need: yet we come up with a buffer to help the people who need it. In canada: residual welfare state, canada will help you to get back on your feet, doesn"t matter how you were kicked down. A lot more people would be homeless, and needy: you"d need to make all decisions yourself. You"d have no guidance: more crime, because less services to help you.
