Organizational structure shows the division of labor and patterns of coordination, communication, workflow and formal power that directs organizational activities. In a matrix organizational structure, information flows from many individuals to many individuals. An invisible client model is a model of professional relationship where the professional is employed to provide services within the organization. Politics is the use of power and influence to further personal interests. Leadership is the process of guiding and directing the behavior of people in the work place.
