If you go over you have to do a good job at it. A longer but poorly constructed paper is an issue. Senate reform has been done over and over. Do something else or go speci c within senate reform. Questions can be scienti c (linkages between variables; would the, e. g. ) or normative (should we, e. g. ) If you"re really eager to get a draft read it can be read to maintain the grade you need to improve it afterwards. If you want to do eldwork/interviews you have to le an ethics approval.
