Through the course of time, people have sought to give meaning to their existence, their lives and their community. For many people, religion gives meaning to the reality of life. The ultimate reality is the power itself that guides believers through their experiences and transforms them making them spiritually whole [streng, pg. 5], but this experience can be vastly different for every believer.
