Business = can be any action which involves an exchange of goods and/or services which are an equal exchange or when a form of profit and/or gain is achieved. Symbolic interaction theory various forms of social interaction, symbols we use to communicate like body language, eye contact and how we perceive reality and define it. Functionalism (purpose) how the interrelated parts of society function together. Conflict theory (power structures) various forms of inequality in society, some people will benefit more than others from some aspects of society.
