Formation of the solar system and planet earth. Star formation formed in stellar nurseries: destruction of one solar system leads to the formation of a new one. Life cycle of star: supernova creates shockwave, shockwave compresses dust cloud and it moves through the universe. Different types of planets: planets grow from phantasmal that are condensed close to the sun are rocky while those that are far away are full of gas, depends of the reparation of material when the star exploded. Formation of earth: earth grew by accreting phantasmal, earth was bombarded by metros, bombardment heats the earth causing melting, caused a ball of magma to form that allowed the earth to differentiate into layers based on material density. Earth composition: solid inner core, outer core of liquid iron, molten mantle, thin skin of crust. Evidence of earth"s core: earthquakes timing and strength gives us a picture of what is inside.
