Eschaton: moment beyond time, fulfillment of history, transcends all provisions, movement of galvanization. Machiavelli: reconcile now and not about institutions that approximate equality of natural law. What matters is the politics of now. Politics of appeal to religion but that is all: presents the first great experiment in political theory, pure political theory.
